Vans Syndicate’s 10th anniversary celebration continues September 19 with the release of the Seylynn “S” by designer Luke Meier. With his menswear label OAMC, Meier’s approach often challenges the status quo, merging high-end fashion with streetwear function. Meier's transformation of an elegant dress shoe silhouette into a functional Vans skateboarding classic with the Syndicate Seylynn “S" is no different.

Vans Syndicate presents the Luke Meier Seylynn "S” in a buttery all-white premium nubuck. The Vans Syndicate x Luke Meier anniversary project launches worldwide in-store on Saturday, September 19 exclusively at participating Vans Syndicate authorized dealers.

2015 marks the 10th anniversary of the Vans Syndicate collection, Vans Pro Skate’s celebration of the diverse heritage of ideas, attitudes and influences that make up skateboarding’s unique culture. Vans pays tribute to this milestone by returning to several original Syndicate collaborators to represent a decade of iconoclastic style and heritage.

Caliroots goes Way Out West

It’s only right that CALI(get it?!)roots head to the west coast for a few days to spread love at summer staple Way Out West in Gothenburgs Slottskogen.

Run The Jewels (Saturday)

Killer Mikes modern classic Grandma’s House has been played countless times at the OG store over the last few years. El-P has also made an impact on the atmosphere over here with great beats and songs. For those of us that missed their Stockholm Show earlier this years this booking is a must see. And if we’re lucky we might even get to hear a song from their upcoming collaboration album with songs based on cat noises, Meow The Jewels.

Little Simz (Saturday) och Mumdance & Novelist (Thursday) 

If you have been in the store over the last few months (ever since we rediscovered grime through related videos to Section Boyz bangers on youtube) you would know how excited at least one staff member is by the resurgence of British music. The fact that people book rappers that aren’t from The States or pure novelty acts is something that should be celebrated. See you all in front at both these concerts.  

The daytime parties (every single day)

Most of the time people at festivals tend to focus more on getting a bit tipsy in the festival area or at the clubs after that last act of the day. This is not the case during WOW, for a lot of people the different daytime parties are more important than actually being front and center at the shows. Even tho it is easy complaining about all the acts you missed chances are you will forget that before you even recover from all the fun you had before 18:00.

Caliroots are presenting two parties in collaboration with popping bar Stranger x Stranger. One on Friday and one on Saturday both of them featuring some of our favorite DJs and homies.

Caliroots Gears Up for Summer with “GET OUT” Lookbook

Summer are finally upon us and inspired by camping, festivals & outdoor life in general
our buying team headed for the woods to shoot a look book inspired by various summer amusements.

We used some staff fave from brands like HUF, Poler Outdoor Stuff, Alltimers, Carhartt,
Pendleton, Soulland, Kenzo, adidas Originals and Nike.

Weekend update - Random Basters

You can now find clothing line in the store you don't find online like Random Basters. We are happy to have the line Random Basters in Stockholmls. Also the collab between The Hundreds and Kenny Scharf ate up for new homes.

Weekend update week 19 - 2015

Week 19

The summer is finally within reach and the OG Store is filled with great news from Palace, HUF, Street Hippies, Stussy, Diamond Supply Co, The Hundreds and Nike SB. 

The Pit is filled to the brim with new styles from Vans, Vans Syndicate, Vans California, Van Doren and Vans Pro Skate.

Opening hours for the weekend are as follow:

Friday: 11:00 to 18:30

Saturday: 12:00 to 17:00

This past week has been dominated by British grime and mellow Swedish pop music.

Our Nike SB selection is growing fast and especially the Janoski model is dropping i new great colorways and materials every week. 

We also received a much needed restock of Jason Markk products including the popular Repel spray.

New to the store is New York based jewelry brand El Senor that makes great pieces based on skateboarding culture. 

A fully stocked store is ready for your a bit to loaded wallet at Brunnsgatan 9

We still got the G-Shock from the HUF x Casio collb that was released last weekend at the store. As well as a wide selection of other Huf products. 

The Converse Cons are available in a few sizes in White and Palace Skateboards new drop is moving fast. 

The Pit is updated and Vans has delivered a great selection of nicely patterned shoes for the summer. 

Last but not least we would like to introduce our new bench that we just got from Nike SB last week, it's skateable and a perfect place to just chill.
